Actually Diego, I prefer to use Google Docs for this because the EtherPad is not secure... anyone can delete/edit your work without permission... just try random urls like typewith.me/John or typewith.me/1 or typewith.me/[insert any simple string or number here] and you will see exactly what I mean :(
